Automatic creation of items (e.g. 3rd Wednesday of every month)

I would like to use an automated recipe to create an item, for example, on the third Wednesday of every month.
With the current recipe, I can only set a fixed day every month or “Wednesday every 4 weeks”, etc., so could you please improve this?
