Automatically update client contact record when an email is sent to a contact

Is there a way to set up an automation that will do the following:
When I send an email from gmail and the recipient matches an email address in our CRM contact board, update emails and activities with the email and update the last contacted date with today’s date.

Also, when I receive an email to my gmail from an email address that exists in our CRM contact board, update emails and activities with the email and update the last contacted date with today’s date.

Essentially, I want to have an integration with my gmail account so that all interactions with our contact list are captured in emails and activities. I want this to happen when emails are sent from gmail, received to gmail, not just when sent from Monday.com emails and activities app.

You can’t “watch” email sent from Gmail, unless you use something like make.com
