Automation Conundrum with Numbers for Inventory Management

I’m building a board for our receptionist to use for inventory management. We have a reorder threshold number and an on hand number. I’d like the automation to work to where if the on hand number is below the reorder threshold number to notify an employee. The automation requires me to input an integer - I can’t specify a column. Does anyone have a workaround or way to do this?

Unfortunately, I did not find a workaround yet. So this project has been put on the backburner for the time being.
