Hi Everyone, and thanks for your help in advance.
I have set up an automation so when someone completed a form we are
A) notified there is a new item.
b) when we change the status it send a copy of the form and files uploaded to the person who completed the form
The issue is, when i ran a test, the files show as links (which is fine) but when i try to open the files via the email received I get the following:
One file has been saved as an excel and the other as a pdf. any Ideas how to resolve the issue.
