Automation sending to wrong email address

Hi community! I am a new user to Monday work management and have just started the certification course. I set up a couple of automations on a board for sending email when a Status changes. I cannot figure out why it’s going to the wrong email address. Its driving me crazy! Any ideas?


Hi there! Dan here. Does Joss’s email address within an email column on the board or Brianne’s? If not, you should add an email column for their emails addresses then map that column to your automation. :slight_smile:

That is not how I set it up but I can try that. Thanks for responding!
