Automation - Stalling

I set up a simple automation to move an item from one group to the next based on status and found it took upwards of 5 minutes to run and just stalled out in the pending status and I had to refresh the board for the change to be visible.

Tested it again with the same delays and then tested it a 3rd time and the move was instant (as it should be).

For all the long time users out there, do you find inconsistency in the automation features or have you had any issues with delays?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated to help us decide the best path forward.

I’ve had similar issues with automations as well. Sometimes it takes a very long time for them to work and sometimes requires a page refresh, but other times it happens instantly. I haven’t noticed any patterns to this happening like automation type, time of day, etc.
