Automation: Start Date status change is not working?

Automation:
When (7:00am) Date Needed Start Date arrives and only if Status is Assigned set Status to In Progress

What have I done wrong?

I could be wrong but it might be that you’re using a timeline column and not a date column. Have a look at something like ‘Start + End = Timeline’ in the app marketplace.

You can set a start and end date in separate normal date columns and it will automatically populate the timeline column for you. Then you can run your same automation but from the actual start date column and it should run smoothly.
