I am looking for a way to autopopulate an email column with the unique item update email address. Ideally, this would be done when a new item is created but I can also tie to to another automation via status change. Any suggestions?

I am afraid this type of automation isn’t supported natively. I encourage you to post this in our developers community to see whether this is something that can be achieved through our API or a third party tool
