Be able to set specific non working dates for a project (i.e. Christmas closedown)

We use Monday.com for a roadmap with a timeline display - elements of that roadmap run over UK bank holidays including Christmas. I would like to be able to set these as specific non-working days for a project and then for any calculations to take account of that.

Yes! We are a school district and would definitely want this for our general accounting department.
