Hey everyone! I run an industrial e-commerce website focused on pressure-washing equipment (Dirt Killer), and I’m exploring ways to streamline product maintenance schedules, customer requests, and support tickets using Monday.com

Has anyone set up an automation or template that works best for managing after-sales service or product tracking? I’d love to learn how others are organizing similar workflows — and I’m happy to share what’s been working for us too!

Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have? I’ve done similar with things like recurring items/tasks to reach out. End dates for warranties etc.
