I recently set up our Board, and within Integrations, set up (and linked my Outlook) to send out notification emails to task owners 3 days prior to a start date and 3 days prior to the due date. However, these emails are not being sent. I can’t find anything on this topic, so maybe it is me!

It’s worth noting that our support team cannot see or access our users’ boards or accounts due to privacy reasons, so it would be really helpful if you could include some screenshots or a short screen recording of the issue to help us get some more context.

Thank you. I’ll do that. One other question, it doesn’t seem to let you send notifications if the Status changes within a subitem, just the Item. Is this correct?
