Would love to request a new feature that allows for sub-items to integrate with Outlook Email. We have created an Applicant Tracking System and would like to send emails based on a status to candidates to let them know next steps.

Just to be sure we are on the same page here, what you trying to build is a flow in which when a subitem’s status changes, an email is sent via Outlook? Do you want to do this using the Outlook integration or are you open to using some other solution that might involve coding (or some no-code platform like Zapier or Make)?

Hello, I’m also wondering when there will be the option to automate an email when a subitem status changes. I’d prefer it to work with Gmail, but am open to a tool like zapier.
