We use a template item for when we add a new client to our board. We just duplicate the template item. Due to the email notifications not including the item name, we end up having to add the client name to the front of every subitem.
It is a very labor intensive process and takes a long time. I would love to be able to add the client name text in front of each subitem name all at once.
I have done this type of multi-editing using a program called Notepad++.
You can hold the alt key and drag down on your text and then you can edit multiple lines at once.
