I would really like the ability to bulk update subtasks. Right now, we can only select all of the subtasks under one main task, but we would like to be able to select all of the subtasks and make a bulk edit.

You might want to try our app, Bulk Item & Subitem Editor—it does exactly what you described! With it, you can bulk edit all subtasks, including shifting dates, clearing column values, replacing text, adding/removing assignees, and more.
