Can I send Update to Zapier based on Item conditions/names?

I want to send an Item update to Zaper (then off to ChatGPT for processing). I know you can create a Trigger in Zapier for Item Update, but I don’t want a global trigger.

I only want it to send the update to Zapier if a Monday Checkbox on that Item is also selected - or - some way to press a button to send the update. I want to do this selectively, on a per-Item basis.

Is this possible?

Hi @meddle01, this is most definitely possible. I am less familiar with Zapier, but have used it on occasion. I operate with make.com mainly. On Monday you can create a button that sends a webhook to zapier to start the scenario you have there in Zapier.

How we do it in Make.com (I’m presuming it will be similar in Zapier), is set up a webhook address within the scenario and then use that address in the Monday button.

Then set up the button to send a webhook when clicked. You will be able to use zapier from there to retrieve all the item information and such.
