Hi this feels like a basic question, but will ask anyway as I cant find any info anywhere. Can I set up automation for email and activities on subitems?
The automation of email & activities on an item is great no issues, but when I try sub items it doesnt seem to trigger, I just want to populate a status on the subitem, when an activity has been added in this case Meeting.
Ive attached the automation im trying to do, I added it in the subitems email & activities automation section, it cam uo with the correct column names on the subitem so i thought i was on a winner, but no.

I don’t think you can get it working with subitems yet. You may have to use make, or zapier (will cost a couple billable hours probably, unless you do it yourself) to do this assuming you have tried replicating the automation trying to choose the subitem. Looks like a decent feature request also which you should post in that section.
