This is possible!
I believe this is the recipe you’ll need:
You can map the item field (in the recipe) so that the newly created item matches the item in the origin board

Unfortunately not, but you can hide the column either with the use of filters or restrict its viewing.
Hi @aesopg4238 , actually it is possible. This is where Same Item Multiple Boards come in. You can sync all columns without needing an additional column to link the two boards. It’s just a matter of identifying which other board you would like your items to “live”.
