I searched for this but maybe I didn’t use the right terms. I am shifting a timeline but am having to shift every single item instead of shifting the first item and having the dependencies automatically shift. Can anyone provide assistance? Thanks in advance.

You should make sure you have chosen the strict setting on your dependency column.
And also make sure you have made the necessary connections on your dependency column.
