Just created this feature request which I think is a similar problem to what Adriana is asking.

Automation: Create sub-item with update (checklist) that can be ticked off by everyone Would like this automation, as we would like to use monday for structured top down processes, where we have standardized checklists for each sub-item that can be ticked off. We need this to make sure we follow the same “recipe” each time on a granular level.
