|I need to change the recipient of a notification in one of my automatons and when I go in and try to modify it, the automation doesn’t update. I just click the button and nothing happens.
This has happened so many times that it’s very frustrating. I have a video as well of what happens but it’s too big to add here.
Is this a known Monday.com glitch?
I also see a thing at the bottom that says Javascript void…does that have anything to do with this?

The Automation sometimes is indeed a bit glitchy. Have you tried refreshing the page and trying again? I’ve noticed this sometimes help as it reloads all data of the board and automations.
If that doesn’t help I would advise to get in touch with Support as they might have more information on this issue.

Thank you so much!! It seems to be working now for some reason. I just stopped doing anything with Monday.com for that day and then the next day I logged in and out and it seems to have worked. It could be something with our company internal IT…I’ve already contacted them and hope to get an answer. Thank you very much for your response! I really do appreciate all the help that I can get!!
