Connecting boards

Hiiii! Not sure if this is the place to post. But I need your feedback if there’s a way for me to connect multiple boards?

The scenario is

  1. We have a board per team member.
  2. We have multiple boards for different workflows: example content creation, webinars, video production

When a task is created in CC, Webinars, and Video Production, I wanted to copy those tasks and send them to a team member’s board without disconnecting it. Like mirror boards. But the boards create multiple columns which creates a mess to the team member’s board. Is there another way around this?
