I have a spreadsheet with about 350 rows I would like to import into a Monday board. But I want to split it up according to business area. So, each business area would be a separate group. Is there a way to do this automatically? Thank you.
At this stage importing those items to existing groups isn’t currently supported - we appreciate your understanding of this in advance. An efficient way around this is to set up a column in your excel spreadsheet to indicate the group each item belongs to. You can then import the spreadsheet into the platform and map that group column to a status column in your board. To ensure each item is added to the relevant group during the import, you can
set up an automation recipe to move items to each specific group based on the status set.
