Hi, I’m hoping someone has any advice. In the Sales CRM we regular use the Emails & Activities section. Particularly the activities section. We usually track an activity and we can then filter these. For example if we made a client call, we track this as an activity and then we can filter all the calls made to that client on what date, which is great. I now need to pull a report that says in Q2 2024 we have called x amount of calls on this date, however I cant find a way to create a chart by an activity. Is this right? If so, anyone know of any work arounds I could implement? Thanks in advance, appreciate any support on this issue.
Hi @StaceyWU - activities created through the E&A app should be getting logged into the “Activities” or “Sales Activities” board, this includes the type of activity. You can report on this data any way you wish via Dashboards and Dashboard/Chart Views.
If they are not being logged, add the following integration to your board where the activities are being logged:
this board is the Activities (or Sales Activities) board and set connect to the Activities board, not the source board.
