It would be great to be able to further integrate the CRM with the work management boards.
At the moment we create a new Job in the CRM which houses a lot of information, when the jobs status gets changed to ‘working’ an automation creates a folder in work management where we input the rest of the jobs details, host all of the files and do a number of tasks involved with the workflow of the job.
It would be awesome if at the very top of the workmanagement board the corresponding CRM line was displayed in its own floating line, so we could manage both aspects of the job from a single screen without having to flick between the two. not necessarily mirrored but the exact line from the CRM displayed in the work management section.
