The issue is that we have many team members who should not have access to Monday. Our Project Managers use Monday, but our Engineers, DevOps, and Developers use Jira for task management and they will not be users in Monday. It does not make sense to buy seats for people who will never use the system in order to manage their availability.
Some are contractors and have different time available - not everyone is 40hrs/week. I have them setup in a Dropdown list so I can assign one or more techs to a project but I cannot assign how many hours each tech is available weekly, so the workload calculations for each individual aren’t right.
Regardless of the purpose of a dropdown, being able to assign custom values to each item so that it can be represented on this widget would be valuable.
