Something I thought you all should know, so you don’t make the same mistake I did.
Experimenting with monday’s crm, and started sending out emails through the built in Gmail integration. Problem was that I was also using monday’s dark mode. So I changed my fonts to white when I was composing the email so I could view what I was writing. Makes sense, huh?
Except that it didn’t, and I sent out a handful of emails to client leads that arrived in my Gmail sent mail box as invisible letters – white type on a white background. The words were all there, but could only be reviled through the cursor highlight function. I can only imagine that they arrived at the client’s address in this state as well.
