As a Standared User, can I invite guests to view Dashboards?

As long as that Guest is also invited to the boards that connect to the Dashboard, they will be able to view the information on the Dashboard 
If you invite a Guest to a Dashboard but not any of the boards attached to the Dashboard, they won’t be able to see any information as it will be “secret”.
