Date of last time tracking

We perform time tracking on our tasks once per month. There have been occasions where these reviews have been missed, which can mean our time tracking is out of sync.
Is there a way to see the date of the last update to this specific time tracking column? I have last updated on, but that changes each time 1 thing on the whole item changes.

Hi Jade! One idea would be using an automation that sets the date of a Date Column to the current date only when the Time Track Column changes.
