I have a call system (3CX) which I want to use to pass calls and load airtime, I want the dialer interface to appear on monday.com (how the item card opens) use the phone number to query the system and pop up the item card and any history(activity) for that number. Is this possible?
I can see 3CX has an API, so it certainly should be possible to query that and display it in an item view.
It would require a custom app to query 3CX and format the data for display.
