I sent a problem that I was having with sorting on a board to support. The response that I got back was that the sort needs to be reset every time a item is added.
Is this true?! What is the option of saving the sort for if it doesn’t use it?

Sorting works on th current items. If oyu add an item you do need to sort it again. I think that is why you can save the sort option.
So how do you activate a saved sort?
You can save a sort by using the filter feature, and then selecting ‘Save to this view’
It will then create a new view that you can reference at any time.
