Double up on Items pulling through from ZAP connection to Outlook Meetings

We have created a Zapier connection to pull through meeting invites in outlook onto our Board as new items. Using my individual API and yet still seeing duplicates Items pull through. One assigned to myself and one assigned to our admin account.
