Dynamic item hours distribution

It would be incredibly helpful to have enhanced control over how items are distributed within the workload widget view.

For instance, if a team member has an 8-hour daily capacity and multiple tasks assigned throughout the week, I’d like the option to prioritise how the hours are allocated. For example, if one task requires 7 hours and another requires 4 hours, I’d like to prioritise the first task so that 6 hours are assigned to it on day 1, with the remaining 1 hour allocated to the second task. The remaining 3 hours of the second task would then carry over to day 2.

Currently, the system distributes task hours evenly across days, which can result in unbalanced workloads. In this scenario, day 1 ends up with 9 hours of work, while day 2 has only 2 hours, making it challenging to effectively manage resources.
