Looking for some functionality within Monday.com that could be used in the same manner as ‘project roles’ in Asana.
Within a template board, I’d like to be able to change who is in charge of, for instance, all of the execution tasks and another person in charge of the analysis for the project. The execution and analysis tasks remain the same from project to project, but the assignees for each of these roles between projects/boards differ.
I can’t seem to find any way to have the automation within a board template be dynamic enough to update all of the tasks for the ‘executor’ all at once since the automation seems limited to always assign a certain person to tasks. (yes, I know I can filter and bulk assign - I’m looking for something more automated than that, if it exists)
