We have a board with tasks that need to be assigned to multiple users - so that these are visible in resource management but users can only be assigned one at a time. I’ve used other PM tools where it is easy to multi select users to assign to a task.

You could assign multiple users to a single task using Monday’s “People” field. If these users are however not already part of your Monday team, it becomes a bit trickier but still manageable by setting up an employee board and connecting boards to designate various fields for different roles
Hello. Yes I’m aware that you can assign multiple to a task, as I inferred we have done this. The issue is you can only add one person at a time, I cannot see a way to multiselect users. Adding multiple users involves multiple clicks to add each user separately. It would be easier if, as in other solutions, you can multiselect which users you want to add.
If it’s always the same people, you could put them in a Monday team. Then you could add the whole team to an item.
Wow, yes that’s an option I’d not considered, that could work for the main scenarios. (we’re still fairly new to Monday so figuring things out).
May caution on using the team for assignment is that if you go to try and filter by yourself to see that item because you are on that team, you will not see the item. The teams items don’t show up in a filter for yourself or your My Work unless you turn those on then you get ALL of the teams items. We’ve been stuck assigning all the individual team members still for this reason.
