Email contents not appearing in the updates section when using Monday outlook integration

Hello to everyone,

I uses outlook integration. They display relevant e-mails in the updates section.

The problem here is we cannot display the tables, images or attachment in the email content in the updates section.

As an example, the screenshot below;

Mail;

How can we view email contents or attachments in the updates section? Is there a solution for this?

Sorry you’re experiencing this!

At this time I am afraid attachments/files aren’t supported in the Outlook integration - my apologies for the setback :pray:

That being said, if you want to send files to your monday.com account, we do have a workaround. You can send a file to a board or to an item (in the updates section) by following the steps in this article!
