Currently I have an intake process with clients who submit forms for their requests and its created in the update window those details via an automation. I would love the ability to email the customers and have 2 way communication via the “update” window.
Hey @laguerrad you can use an app named Supermail, it will allow you 2 way email communication directly from Monday item view. You can try it for free, make sure after u install you add the Supermail Dialog item view.
