I have built a reminder system within my Monday.com using a combination of columns and automations to send reminder emails to my clients regarding their Accounting Matters.
How it works:
When a key date arrives (e.g. Financial Year End, FYE), the automation triggers an email reminder prompting them to complete their accounts.
Issue:
During my testing, I noticed that it takes approximately 7 minutes for the system to complete the process of sending a reminder email, and that is just for one client. Given that over 100 clients have the same FYE date (e.g. 31 Dec), I am concerned about the following:

Will Monday.com be able to handle the load if all automations are triggered at the same time?

Is there a risk of any delays, errors, or failures in automation due to this volume?

Are there any best practices to manage large-scale automated email triggers efficiently?
