I work for a business that relies heavily on email marketing to nurture leads and convert them into customers. We’ve been using monday.com as our CRM, and we’re looking for a way to integrate email templates and automate email campaigns within the platform, like HubSpot.
Has anyone here successfully integrated email marketing tools or services into their monday.com workflow? If so, could you please share your experiences and any tips or recommendations?
Here are some specific questions we have:
Integration Options: Are there any native integration options within Monday.com that allow us to create and manage email templates and campaigns? If not, are there third-party tools that you’ve found to be compatible?
Workflow Examples: Can you share examples of how you’ve set up your workflow to create email templates, schedule campaigns, and track results within Monday.com?
Automation: How do you automate tasks such as sending follow-up emails, segmenting your leads, and personalizing messages?
Analytics and Reporting: Are there any integrations or workarounds to track email campaign performance and gather insights right within Monday.com?
I was searching for something and came across this. Just wanted to let you know (if you don’t already), that monday recently launched a ‘campaigns’ product that answers your needs.
I’ve worked with clients using Hubspot, Klayvio and MailChimp integrations with their monday.com CRM. I’ve also supported clients to build in the monday.com campaigns tool.
Because there’s so many options with each of those pieces- happy to jump on a call sometime and talk through your scenario and offer some advice. Just shoot me an email renae@upstreamtech.io
Hello @Marventore monday can support this but it works best when paired with a dedicated email tool rather than trying to do everything natively.
Out of the box you can send simple emails and trigger one off messages when a status changes. For real campaigns templates segmentation and analytics most teams connect monday to tools like Mailchimp ActiveCampaign or HubSpot using Zapier or Make.
monday holds the lead stages and logic. When a status or tag changes it triggers the right campaign or follow up in the email platform. Templates and reporting live in the email tool and you can sync back key fields like last email sent or last open into monday for visibility.
This gets you close to a HubSpot style flow while keeping monday clean and flexible.

To understand performance and bottlenecks in the funnel, I’d also strongly recommend Time in Status. It shows exactly how long leads stay in each stage (New, Contacted, Proposal, etc.), which is extremely helpful for spotting slowdowns and improving conversions: https://monday.com/marketplace/10000149/time-in-status-for-monday-com
We still keep a dedicated email marketing tool for large campaigns, but using these two apps inside monday gives much better control over day-to-day sales execution and visibility.
