Emailing issues? How can you track two seperate conversations from same email address?

On the sales CRM we have multiple jobs for individual clients. When we communicate with them about different jobs, Monday doesn’t know where to put the email - how do we get it so it goes to the right place?

Are you able to elaborate a little further on this for me? Is the issue that emails aren’t logging in the item the email is connected to? Are you looking to log all correspondence in the one item?

We have some clients, who we do seperate and individual jobs for. The email gets captured seemingly randomly as it will be picked up, correctly, with the right email address but not pertaining to the correct item (job) so how do we get monday to discern the difference?
