Bear with me as I have a basic understanding of Monday.com!
I have the emails & activities integration. I’ve created a board that has my gmail emails coming in as “items” on a board called “inbox”. This is linked to my customer database.
All works fine for the customers on the customer database…
However if anyone emails who is not on the customer database, I can’t read the email at all! ie. the email does not show up in the updates section.
The only update I have is “item created by Ellie” which doesn’t tell me much. Therefore I have to go back to my gmail and find this specific email to figure out what that customer wants.
For info - I have a B2C business and have hundreds of customers. Although many are repeat customers there will be 25% or so that are “new” and not yet on the database.
