For the last few weeks our emails & activities widget has been quite slow and for the past few days it keeps crashing the whole webpage when we open it. Has anyone else had issues like this? It seems to happen on all items within different boards and is worse if we use the Monday desktop app.
Sorry to hear this! This certainly sounds strange and something I believe our support team might need to investigate, particularly if this behaviour is reproducible across devices.
I would recommend opening up a chat here for our technical team to look into. Feel free to reference this thread too. We will get to the bottom of this
Hey James, we have a ton of problems with the app as well and it is so frustrating how the app lags the desktop.
We want to be able to use the emails and acitivites function while on the road and we simply can’t because it constantly crashes or it doesn’t open properly.
It’s a while since I posted this, and as there weren’t many replies, can only assume there aren’t many users of the E&A app, or those that do don’t experience any problems! For reference, the team at Monday did look into it and since then the speed has improved slightly. They also suggested saving a filter, to only show the most recent or relevant emails are loaded and help speed up the loading time. We don’t use it in the field/ via the mobile app (if it’s even possible to open up via mobile app?) so can’t comment on that I’m afraid.
