What’s wrong with services like board print?
What is the update? It’s been over a year and this is a vital feature.
I am not interested in 3rd party app

I’d like the ability to export the Project Overview to a PDF - this is already possible for other dashboards, so why not the Project Overview which is clearly its own version of the same?
Hi @mmerchat
if you are looking to export pdf or If you’re looking for an easy way to create customized documents (like PDFs, invoices, quotes, reports, or contracts) directly from your monday.com data, you might want to check out DocCreate.
With DocCreate, you can:
- Automatically generate a PDF from board data — including from a Workdoc-style layout
- Attach the generated PDF to a File column — no need to download or re-upload manually
- Email the PDF to external clients instantly using pre-configured templates
- Fully customize the layout with logos, headers, footers, and page breaks
- Embed images, data from connected boards, and subitems into your PDFs seamlessly
Here’s a quick demo to see it in action:

And if you want to try it out, here’s the install link:

Yes — this is definitely possible using The PDF Maker for Monday.com.
With it, you can automatically generate clean, well-formatted PDFs that include:
Rich text from updates
Inline images (no more broken formatting!)
Embedded links and file references
Fully customizable layouts
All you need to do is map your Monday.com fields — including updates — into a PDF template. Once it’s set up, you can trigger PDF creation from a status change, date, or button click.
This solves exactly what you described: no need to export everything to Excel or lose formatting — and it works great for maintaining longitudinal documentation too.

There is still no way to print anything??? The first step was removing the print feature, the second step was improving the print feature. Did you hire the developers from Quickbooks?
