So I am having trouble exporting my GANTT chart to pdf. Not sure what is going on but I was hoping someone could help me troubleshoot.

If you’re having trouble exporting your Gantt chart to PDF in monday.com, make sure you’re using the Gantt widget on a Dashboard , not just the board view. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right of the widget and select “Export to PDF” . If the option isn’t showing or the export fails, try refreshing the page, checking your browser’s pop-up settings, or switching browsers. If it still doesn’t work, it might be a permissions or plan-level issue

Thank you for responding and for the detailed description. We were having the issue where the export fails. It had been working the whole time, so this was a new development.
The export to pdf capability was down for around 3 days for us. After three days everything went back to normal, and we were able to export to pdf without any issues.
Just to confirm(there were some permissions errors on the chrome console), so it’s possible that could have been the culprit.
