I am trying to have a view built out for each customer inside of our board. Basically we have the customers in a separate board and then use a connect boards column to bring them into the board I am trying to create the view from.
I decided the best way to do this is to use a filter to sort only the items I need in said view. I am able to successfully sort off a mirrored column internally. However once I share the view the filter no longer works. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I experienced this problem myself.
The problem is, that the customer only sees the data on the shared board, but can’t see data from other boards which are brought in with a mirror column.
I solved the problem with some guest accounts. I know way less attractive, but i only had around 3 accounts i needed to create. So it worked for me.
But if someone has a better solution, I would be also very interested.
