Continually running into issues with small file uploads. Files will not attach to columns or notes. Error message: Upload Canceled. What’s causing this?

That’s super odd - sorry to hear you’re running into this!
When you load your board in an incognito window, do the files upload correctly then or do they still say “upload canceled”?
Does this happen to all your boards or all files on this board?
I think it would be worth chatting with our support team here to get this looked into. You can attach the file to the email so they can test it and see what might be happening.
Thanks, Charlotte. I did try incognito and the file still failed to upload. It’s happening with all files on this board, actually. The same word doc was posted with no trouble on a different board. Is there a limit to the number of files that can be attached to a board? We put a LOT on here, and did archive all of last year’s line items but that’s not solved the problem either. I’ll tap support to see if they can figure it out.

I was searching for the answer to this also and was wondering if there is a file upload maximum. Been searching through help and community discussions and ended up in this thread.
