I’ve heard back from our team and they’ve requested for this situation to instead use the quick filters.
The updated People filters works for the quick person filter , but not the regular widget filters (advanced, etc). So for example in this case, I have Pam Beesley, a Guest, assigned to a subitem on one board. On the first screenshot I’m using the quick person filter, on the second I’m using the regular filters:

Thanks for responding. However, that view only provides one person at a time whereas we would like to view multiple people so we can see how work is split between a team. This is why I’m using the advanced filters.
Is there another fix that utilises the filters provided?
