Formatted Updates

Hi,

When sending/forwarding an email to a Board to create a Pulse or sending an email into a pulse for an update the email formatting (HTML Formatting) gets wiped out, we often get answers from a customer that he answered inline and he starts the email “see below in red” and then he answer all questions in red next to it, when forwarding the email to Monday all the text come in as black and its impossible to know what’s the question and what’s the answer.

It would be nice if updates can be in HTML so we should be able to have all the colors like in the email.

The workaround we are doing now is that we save the email as PDF format and send it into the update as an attachment.

We just came across this exact same scenario. This method of Q&A is pretty standard in our business. The work around the OP is using I’m sure help alleviate that issue, but is far more time consuming than forwarding the email to the pulse update email.

Hopefully this will be corrected in the future, if anyone reads this… :upside_down_face: :crossed_fingers:
