We have a simple automation in place to send a notification email when a task is assigned to a user. It works great, but the notification also places an entry in the “Updates” thread for every email sent. We’re having conversations in that thread and are constantly having to filter through the “Email Sent” spam that is coming from the notifications. I propose either of two solutions:
- Put system notifications into a separate thread under a separate tab.
- Give an option on the automation to suppress the entries in the “updates” thread.
