It would be great if we could directly interact with our ticketing system where we manage client work and sales.
HaloPSA integrates directly with our other products: ITGlue, Datto RMM, TD Synnex, QuickBooks, and Microsoft M365 and CSP. We had been trying to use MS Planner but it was just not feature rich enough for our needs.
