Help - Outlook email automation, "Something went wrong"


I’m trying to set up email automation via Outlook. I managed to set it up last week and it was working perfectly and then on Thursday, it just suddenly stopped and I can’t get it to work again. I’ve removed it and now I’m trying to add but it won’t let me add it back in via Integration or Automation.

I tried contacting support but it takes a while to get a response and ideally I’d like to get it working today.

Please help.

If you have heard back from support they likely would’ve advised the same steps, however if not can you please follow these steps to disconnect and reconnect the outlook account?

Please edit the connection via the 3-dot menu in the recipe:

Then please select “use another account” and follow the steps to reconnect the same account:
